We've got a yellow weather warning for Friday. That means they're expecting it to be hot.
Hot here means over 40C
The strange thing is they're also forecasting rain for Thursday and here it's often the day after they think it will get here.
Rain at 40C should be interesting.

I think it does in the cross breeds. I've seen it in my EE hens a lot. Almost like a Siamese cat getting darker as they age.

I am learning a lot - I didn't know Siamese cats get darker with age. All over darker or just their 'points' (I think that is what they call the ears and nose etc.)?

Funny, I was struggling with the reasoning. Chicken people can't understand technical articles? Chicken people might share scientific secrets with the chickens who might then take over the world? Chicken people might get distracted by the chickens and not pay due attention to the article?
I am going with the chickens might take over the world rationale. I buy it.
