Electric fence is your friend for such predators. Had a coworker who lost a few light Brahmas to a fox, she put up a couple strands of electric and problem solved. Kept her birds in also, I might have to do this I have some escape artists that like to roam.

But to keep coons and possums aeay
A few strands of this with some of those electric fence posts will work like a charm.
this happened to a 100 gallon trough of chicks on my front porch. all the electric options Ive ever used dont work or let the chickens out. Now I have them in a large pen of 6' tall wood posts and woven wire fence with 1.5" gap for the first 2 feet graduating up to 4" at the top
I havent lost a single chicken from that pen

Sounds like a wonderful setup, I have a big barn (and my floors are no longer clean at all haha), works well for me. Even if I have to do Easter egg hunts daily, not to mention misplacing the odd chook 😁👍

I love hand feeding birds.
especially geese cuz theyre so big
emden geese are one of my favorite birds
I love my Embden Geese (Sampson, Delilah, and their daughter). They are sweet - I call them the 'grip and rip' crew, though. When I bring a handful of grass into the run and call them, they grab ahold of that grass by the side of their beak, grip and rip the grass off - their beaks/jaw strength are amazing! They are quite sweet, though (except when the girls hormones are ramping up to lay again in Feb...Sampson gets very protective, hissy, etc....and each year he has to relearn that I am not a threat and it is okay...then he settles down some....and he turns back into a sweet marshmallow all over again when the girls are done laying for the year in late May/early June!
