I find Blanche's comb to be pretty spectacular. To be that big and straight up. It's outstanding!Daisy’s comb was surely spectacular. Beautiful shape and color.

HAHA. I was just thinking, just how messy my little squirts are as I read this post! You are not alone. Shanny, even sleeps in the food bowl.I decided this evening the little terrors were big enough that I would upgrade them to full use of the dog crate for a brooder. This would give them more room to play and have full access to their dust bath that they love. How do they repay me, by destroying it in under 30 minutes. Why dust bath in the sawdust when it is so much more fun to sling food out of the feeder and wallow in it. Alex, I hope your chicks are more well behaved then my wild crew.
