It was me that posted the ad where they say ‘ee-moo’, but I personally say ‘eem-you’.The fellow in that ad that someone linked that had an Emu in it pronounced it "Eee-moo".
Whenever I have heard an American say it it is usually as "Eee-moo". For some reason, it drives me batty.

There is a snowblower but it is nothing like a leaf blower.Haha! I know your yard is covered in snow. But never having lived in the snow, I did not know no yard equipment gets used. Thought there might be a snow blower like a leaf blower? LOL!

You do know that they are trying to rhyme Emu with LiMu (Lee-Moo) which is short for Liberty Mutual Insurance, right?
