Why not keep the property? Does it require some special maintanance? Can you just let it be “natural”? A haven for birds and animals, maybe?

I must say I did a bang up job in cursive as Santa Clause this Christmas, maybe the rabbit can be left handed and leave an ink paw print he can’t exactly grip a pencil, right?

Those were the best times. I loved being Santa and the Bunny! Enjoy! Certainly the bunny can be left handed!

It is a very different system here. I am not going down the rabbit hole of which approach is better. I imagine it is a bit of a shock to realize how different. That is one of the thrilling things about this thread. I have learned much about how other parts of the world operate that I would not have any other way. I love that. It's easy better than the old pen pal system. Especially with how poorly the post operates these days!

Kat, easier said than done. Twice the property taxes, water bills, other utilities to pay $$$. and more work,than I can handle myself.
