These little rascals have spent the morning stuffing themselves and throwing so much junk in their waterer that I've had to completely clean it twice today. But they are having a blast and are being exposed to the big chickens as they are enamored with them. Drummie and Henrietta want in with them so bad. Of course I know what they really want to get after is their chick feed.

To be honest, I was a little worried about pecking order shenanigans.

There was a lot of upset hens wanting to use that nest box as well. It was not a good location.

One of the turkeys is injured. Perhaps that’s why they have not moved on. One is limping and appears to have something hanging down it’s chest, maybe a flap of skin or something. I thought I saw that yesterday , but it was too hard to tell.. Since I see it again today, along with the lamp, I’m pretty sure I got it right. Poor thing.

The limp sounds like an injury, but are you sure you're not seeing a beard on the chest? It hangs as you describe...Just wondering.
