The only thing that could be read was what day of development the chick was in. There appeared to be some commentary, but it was blurred.

Maybe it's being done to learn more about the eggs of different species?

Comissions will be available after the coop gets finished, but here is my rendition of what I believe a safety chicken would look like.
 
I'm curious to see if #1 nest is ever used again. They seem quite habituated to #2 now, although the P--zone would be having some influence too.
It will be fun to see.
