I'm subtropical. I can get away with thongs year round ~ if I have to I wear toe socks with them ~or revert to Ugg Boots.

I was looking for a nice hair tie last week, so grabbed what I thought was a nice material hair scrunchy, it was a thong.


I actually tried too crawl under the carpet as I was leaving the shop with several ladies laughing as I left.

I have to admitt the mental image of our rubber footwear worn as undergarments does my head in! These cross cultural incongruities make for some good stories.

So besides Butter demanding for her occasional inside time I've never had any of the chickens want to be or comfortable in the house. Until now. Branch has spent 2 hours on a towel on my bed watching tv with me. Ok, so I'm watching tv and he's spent half that time napping. What time he wasn't asleep though he actually was focusing on the tv and I think he liked watching Cold Case Files with me.
