Good grief. I just checked the cameras and it looks like Maggie was in walkabout for nearly an hour and a half before she wandered by the window. Still no clue how she managed to get out of the chicken yard. Or why, really as she loves the long grass in her yard.
This will bear some watching. Methods need to be identified officially.

We are. He had a royal fight to get in (medical appeals process stinks, long story), but is scheduled to head to basic in December. I'm not allowed to put the proud parent bumper Sticker on the car until he graduates from there.
You should just be proud that he wants to serve. That alone speaks well of his character. Please thank him for me.

I wasn’t sure because my Orpington isn’t all that round.

To clarify, my dog did recover. However, I read Xylitol does not bind well with activated charcoal, so I’m not sure I can take credit. Regardless, I think activated charcoal and milk of magnesia are good to have on hand in case chickens ingest a toxin.
Hey Michelle, I could be completely wrong on my Orpington "knowledge". Anything I say about breeds should be treated with deep scepticism :gig
