I clicked on this link and read this story. What a fabulous rooster! I was so sad when I read that he passed away.

The birds don’t seem to mind too much about the rain. They are in the coop snuggling up with each other. Breakfast went well. (Can’t beat a steak and egg breakfast )

Whenever you mention your friend, I catch myself wondering if it is the same one I know by that name that lives in PA. Then I remember you had a video of him caring for your flock and he is not the same one. But it sure would be a small world if it landed that way!

Arizona and Dakota wanted out of the coop (were getting picked on) so, they are out in the rain, and I have many awnings, and warm places to hide, but they choose to just get wet! Nothing I can do to persuade them to take shelter!
Crazy girls.
