Right now it sends like nine are intent on digging Daisy, the greatest hen ever, up. They have destroyed the Daisy's I planted on her grave and are down 6 inches. I'm going to have put something over top of her.

Yes, Emily has a big rock over her so she doesn't get dug up.

Domestic cats are unlikely to try and kill a chicken. What they do do is worry the chickens.

Charlie is almost three times the size of this cat, I hope it gets spooked by the sight of her.

Love it! My Ruby (Buckeye... aren’t we so original on names! LOL!) is actually at the low end of the pecking order, but she definitely outranks the pullets and is getting her confidence back. I’d love to see a photo of your Ruby!

Yes, Emily has a big rock over her so she doesn't get dug up.

They are not digging Patsy up. She does not have a rock on her, or flowers yet. Why attack and kill the Daisies?

I think the strobe is for if you fall over in the chicken coop and need to be rescued before the velociraptors devour you.
And here is Maggie - velociraptor of the day put out that we were building the Chicken Palace and not letting her in to inspect.
