Luckily they were not yet full grown then. But I can report that those toenails were pretty darn sharp.

Right now it sends like mine are intent on digging Daisy, the greatest hen ever, up. They have destroyed the Daisies I planted on her grave and are down 6 inches. I'm going to have put something over top of her.

You could put a large paving stone over the top with a big terracotra pot of daisies.

That's a super idea. Terracotta pot could have a leghorn on it too.
