Thank you - that reassures me. I have only ever seen pictures and video of the penguin stance so I am not confident in real life.I think her body language looks great here and not penguin-like. That other one must have just been caught at a moment that appeared so.

I know I'm going out on a limb here, but it seems likely to me that chickens would have things like tummy aches and head aches from time to time. So maybe she was having a painful moment in that earlier photo and is OK now.Thank you - that reassures me. I have only ever seen pictures and video of the penguin stance so I am not confident in real life.
My instincts tell me Minnie is really recovering well and going from strength to strength but as @Shadrach reminds us they are good at hiding illness from us (or we are bad at spotting illness in them) and so I remain concerned.
Genuinely spectacular. Her butt always makes me think of fireworks fizzing off in all directions.
