Yep, gotta have equal amounts of meat sauce and bechamel sauce so it balances correctly! Plus Parmesan cheese. Yum.

Wow that is not what my Italian colleague said! He gave me a list of must visit pasta restaurants, none of which I had time to eat at,sadly.No offense, but when you go to Italy, please don’t order pasta, that should be the last thing on your list. You can get pasta anywhere. (Just a suggestion)
I’m sorry you didn’t enjoy the pasta. I’m not saying you shouldn’t, you totally should! But for me, personally, I would rather try other stuff first
