That is Hattie. About once a week she just sleeps in a nest box. It's like she knows she is going to be hungry early.

I am still trying to figure out how to get those awesome emojis on my cell... Like that good post one....

The BYC-specific emojis are in the same place on the phone app as on computer - sort of up above where you are typing - in the same general areas as things like 'bold text' or 'preview' and a host of other mysterious things I have never tried.
Don't use the phone emojis - they don't have the BYC ones. Or mine doesn't.

What are you pickling Marie? I love pickles of all kinds but have never actually made any myself.

Firstly beetroot with garlic, salt acv with distilled water then I did red cabbage with onion, salt pepper, lemon olive oil and acv topped up with a little distilled.

I've kept some cabbage out to nibble on tonight

It was Princesses turn to scream for the treats today, just as I was making my cabbage. I was short with her, so when all was done I made it up too her by giving her an extra treat. I swear she felt ever so important
