Maybe you could put her out in a dog crate, if you have one. That would allow her to see them, and vice versa, yet still keep her out of the contaminated soil. I know that when my girl Louise spends the night inside when egg bound , she gets ostracized after just one night away. Then Harper won't let her back in the coop, and I have to go out and put her in after they've gone to bed for a few nights until things settle down.
And this effect is even worse sometimes with roosters. I have multiple Roosters in a large free range flock, and cockerels (too many of those!) and all it takes if for one of the main guys to be not there in the morning and the whole hierarchy is turned upside down and vigorously shaken… otherwise things usually get on just fine.

We’re on the coast so it doesn’t get down to freezing, but cold enough for a little chickie that doesn’t have any meat on her.
Yes I was worried about my silkies but they were ok, it helped that my barn is good and solid. And their hen house is insulated.

Agatha is not out of the woods by any means but she's had a little peck of corn peas a cottage cheese, I syringed yogurt into her this morning and she had some time out with mama flexi next door. It's sunny today and the roofers haven't turned up, so they have had peace. The roof boy's looked in at 8.30am and drove right off
