Have you tried an antibiotic? It could be a systemic infection of some kind. It's not likely but it could be. They grey on his face is making me think heart problem and the only connection to an injury that I can think of is blood infection.

However I am a microbiologist and my brain means towards bacteria when there is no other cause apparent......
I can try this, but in all other ways he is robust. He doesn't act like a sick roo otherwise, and there is no red striation on his leg indicating the injury went septic. I have amoyxicillian (sp?) Should I try that? I looked up dosage previously for the crop surgery....

And you can’t feel any hard mass that could be an abscess? Probably not likely as it is both legs.
Bob is thinking sepsis - ie systemic infection in the bloodstream, but he would be very unwell with that.
And you have tried the magical vitamin B2?
From your description it sounds to me like a spinal tumor. Poor chap.

You tried the B vitamin already as well right? I can’t think of anything other than maybe an antibiotic as Bob suggested, but I don’t see how an infection would cause the level of paralysis you’re describing. If there is no grip/movement whatsoever, the only other thing I can think of, that the vet did when I took Roostie in with his foot, is a pain response test in the foot/leg. A pinch or poke in a soft spot and see if there is any response whatsoever. I have a chicken with a nerveless unusable toe that does fine, but it still has full blood circulation and there isn’t any other issues.

Bernadette has relocated the Hooligans’ HQ to one of the pasture runs. They enter through a door in one of the Chicken Palace covered runs, and it is open air but predator safe.
Not a bad choice really, and they do look very comfy bedded down on about a foot of oak leaves.
Bernadette is pretty pleased with her choice of real estate!

But Lulu wants to know about the rain plan.

Yes, started with B complex, then just B2..... :(

Okay, so I looked back - I had messaged someone on the 30th of May, and it was almost 2 weeks then.....so about 5 weeks. In that time went from fighting trying to take on older/dominant Roo ( and winning sometimes.) To hurting his leg and not standing (I thought because of pain)in a 48 hour time span....brought him in, and in 5 weeks went from shaking legs standing (again, thought it was pain, treated wounds and gave him ibuprofen for pain), to couldn't stand, but could still move lower legs & had weak grip in feet....to no use of legs now...no resistance at all during exercises, not a glimmer of grip with feet.

If anyone thinks it is something else, feel free to offer suggestions for treatment. But the poor guy just can't live like this and I have no idea what else I can do for him.
This sounds kinda like something Shad dealt with when in Spain. It was on this thread back before I caught up, so summer 2019/2020 I think. Dr. Gloria/massage type thing I think. ....

This is what I have on Marek's

What I don't understand is how he could have gotten it if every chick was either vaccinated or hatched here? I haven't introduced adult /older chickens to my flock, only vaccinated chicks. So, where did it come from?

Shad had a bird that almost had a pinched nerve kinda thing. I just don't remember how far back. Before 6000 pages, between 3000 and 4000, I think...

Yes, with the mother to Cheepy...but she had serious trauma (kind of like PTSD/emotional) which is what Shad thought, and she didn't get worse...just took forever to get better. Here his only 'trauma' was physical...and he is consistently getting worse. I do think Shad did PT 4x a day, though, which I just can't do....but one would think my PT would have at least halted the progression............????
