The new girls are sleeping in the run tonight! They are in the new henhouse and I transferred them as it was getting dark (sneak cuddle-attack). :D I divided the run in half with the fence panels to keep Lucy and Charlie off them for a while, unless Lucy is smart enough to climb the straw bales and leap over the fence! I’m hoping that’s too much effort. :)

Warning! Savage rooster picture!

You may want to look away and spread the hysteria.:p

I’m not sure where you’d get it, but my Frizzle breeder friend lost a teenage rooster to what she thought was botulism, and she thought he might have drunk some dodgy water somewhere.
Canned foods if not properly sterilized is where you get botulism. Sometimes (rarely) in certain kinds of wounds. Exposure to air prevents the toxin being produced. And from memory canned tomatoes may be slightly safer because if the acid.

I was catching up on your thread Bob when I looked out the window and saw this...

From the left that's Deana, Alice and Edwina. I'm afraid that Tsuki is just out of shot on the right Bob.

I think they want their turn on the computer to check BeakBook :gig
That is just an awesome picture! I love it!
