Kris, My little Buff O, isn't feeling well today. I just now, got back from TSC with some electrolite powder to mix with water. She's a special girl, but bottom of the pecking order, and won't eat or drink since yesterday. Pray for her please. :fl I keep her indoors, with me.
Oh no! Poor Kris! How did she do today and what are her symptoms?

Hi folks. Cashew seems to have moved on from her broodiness. I know the water dips (I did get her belly once) were iffy, but it seemed to work.
Now Little Mill is broody. I took several videos and settled on this one to share. It doesn’t show the beach ball posture nor broody vocalizations super well, but I think she’s pretty darn cute! Millie is not ranked very high, and typically does not get in my lap. (Though she is very docile and tolerates picking up and handling quite well.) This was a surprise bonus of her going broody. She’s sleeping in a nesting box (without eggs) tonight, so I’ll have to rig something up for her tomorrow. I don’t have a wire crate (except a huge one meant for a large dog), so I might try to put a cookie cooling rack in the pet carrier.

Aww, a lap-chicken! :love Her feathers are beautiful! She's certainly making the broody "tuk tuk tuk" noise that Charlie makes when she's broody.

@BY Bob in honor of all the pasta videos you’ve shared... Hoppy stopped watching “Magnum, P.I.” To mooch some dinner, so I had to oblige. And pause while I filmed (please excuse the mess, our Recycling Depot is still mostly closed due to Covid... it’s all clean and waiting to go out after dinner!)

Little Sweetpea! Get well soon. :love

@Ali James
You mentioned Major a while back so I thought I would post the picture of him that hangs on my wall. As you can tell from the picture, he isn't well. He died a few days after. A friend of mine took a picture of him and painted this from the picture she took.

Beautiful painting but yes, you can tell he's not well. :(

:hugs Mine also like natural, unsweetened Greek yogurt. Also warm porridge (oatmeal) with a couple of sultanas in it. Warms the belly

@LozzyR She's better, she just ate a 1/4 can of Albacore tuna. and canned corn. she's a precious part of my flock, and I love her dearly! If only you could see her eyes looking at me, then you would totally understand!
So glad you were able to get her to eat something featherhead. :thumbsup
