The New Roost is Up

I installed the new small roost for Phyllis today. It is up high enough that Aurora cannot reach her from the ground and small enough that if Phyllis is on it, there is no place for anyone else to land. It is also small enough to be uncomfortable for any of the bigger girls to squeeze onto it. Here it is.

So did Phyllis use it tonight? What do you think?

All my birds are from a private, local feed store. They seem good quality, and haven’t had any health problems.

Correct on both, although older people might be exact and say a quilt is something that has been emboidered and sits on top of blankets and sheets.
Anybody remember blankets?

Nope. Rugs are smaller.
EDTA: Rugs by definition are designed to be moveable ie as in a travel rug, a Persian rug, or a baby rug. Carpets are fixed in place & blankets are designed to stay on a bed.
