That is clever. Is it early for it to be that hot?

I think so. Normally the second half of summer is the hottest but lately we’ve been getting really hot days earlier. I remember several years ago there were a couple of days (I think) in mid-December that were 43 and 45C.

I am sorry she's died Alex and even sorrier for the pain you're going through but in my world praying hasn't helped anyone.
Sick chickens and sick people need vets and doctors. In the event that they are not availible then whatever knowledge one can glean and make use of.
I think we should leave it there.:hugs
It's OK Shad. She was my hen, my friend. I will do the mourning.

Morning all! I'm back to my normal state of trying to catch up...I only have 42 pages to go...that translates to 420+ posts...:th

I hope you are all having a great weekend!

I missed posting my FBF post yesterday...hopefully it's okay if it's a day late...:D

I believe Maybelline (FBMC) has the fluffiest butt in my flock...it's a toss up between her & Ophelia (BO) whom I will share next Friday!

Maybelline does have some hips on her. Love it. 🥰

I'm on it but between lockdowns delaying the post and problems with brand names etc atm things are not looking good. There is almost always an underlying problem with crop disorders and they are not things either me or Gloria the vet here are equiped to deal with.
Amyway. I'll try everything I can and hope.
Here she is with Fat Bird. Fat Bird knows.

:hugs:hugs I know that you will do your best for her. I'm sure Fat Bird has been through this enough that she will be some comfort to Fudge.
