I absolutely LOVED working as a vet tech. The vet I worked for is a very caring and smart veterinarian. I still take my animals to him this very day.

Anna has wanted to be a veterinarian since she first understood was jobs were. I have video of her kindergarten graduation where she states she wants to be a veterinarian when she grows up. I will do everything in my power to help her reach that goal.
Hopefully she'll become an avian specialist who looks after everyone's pet hens!

It's a very hard road. A friend of my Neice wanted to be a midwife from a very early age. She was made for the job. Both vet and midwife are reputedly tougher courses than being a medical doctor.
My neices friend did manage it and in another country having to learn another language as she studied.:bow
She must have amazing resilience!

Yes I imagine all countries would have a variation to it.

Frankly I am still so very ashamed of my country right now, if not for the kids, we'd pack up and leave.
I've been dismayed in recent days. But I won't say more because we should stay off that topic if possible.

The wattles of one are quite different to the other.
One seems to have a slight bend at the back of her comb.
The tail feathers are different on each.
One is noticably bigger than the other from the pictures.
I noticed the tails. But that's where my ability petered out.

Mine are just like cats when it comes to mice. Some play time then gobble. The cats and chickens here have been known to steal mice from each other :sick
Ha! I am afraid both the cats and the chickens have gone off mice - probably because there are just so many of them! Maggie will sometimes take a chunk of a dry-aged mouse-steak she comes across in the litter but mostly they are untouched.
