I think it's because people say things to screens they would never dream of saying to someone's face. Same thing as talking about cars in traffic instead of people in traffic. It's alienating and carries less immediate accountability.

so grateful everyone here is so respectful, even when discussing things we don’t agree completely on.

Especially on things we don't agree on! It's called being a grown-up! I've butted heads with my dad over so many things over the years, I've got no time for nasty conflict. A respectful discussion however, that's completely different.

A little sunrise for you all today is my work Friday hooray! Just 4 more hours to go... supposed to get 2-4" of rain in the next 36-48 hours, so wish I was home to finish stapling down the shower curtain!

Beautiful! I have seen a couple pretty sunrises lately, but keep forgetting my phone. Is this the sunrise/sunset thread?

This is the time of year where if there is not snow on the ground the weather is miserable enough that the ladies huddle up and don't move much. It's tough watching them huddle against the weather. They do not seem joyful.

Well the sun came out this afternoon and like a miracle, they were chickens again. And my heart was warmed.

Still waiting for my test results. One day..that's all! With the not smelling things right, and barely any taste. Today.. every thing is back to normal. My kids say, this happens for some, one day of a symptom or symptoms and then none the next. Not sure what that was. I'm guessing I'm negative. .
