I think you should go with a course of Amoxy-Tyl just in case there is something anaerobic going on. You so far have not treated for that possibility. Let me know if you decide to go that way and need dosing information.
@Kris5902 - Bob is the expert on antibiotics but I have a fair bit of experience with wounds and tissue care (admittedly in mammals who are different).
Looking at the picture closely, it looks like the swelling is mainly in the foot and less 'up the leg' than it was previously. This is both good and bad. It suggests that the infection is deep and walled in - maybe in tissue, but possibly in bone. That means anaerobic bacteria is more likely (go with Bob's recommendation on antibiotic) but it also means it will be tough for the antibiotic to reach the infection as it may not have much blood flow.
Birds tend to wall off infection and it becomes a sort of solid mass - so it is possible it is mainly already inactive - though the redness suggests it is still going. Does the swollen part of the foot feel 'tense' or hard? Is it hot? Or does it just feel like regular foot?
Anyway, because of what is likely going on I think you need to try drawing out the infection physically in parallel to using the antibiotics. Particularly as chicken pus (unlike mammalian pus) tends to be more solid and will eventually actually need scraping out.

I know you thought soaking was impossible because of the cold - but I would really encourage you to try if you can figure out how. The goal is to soften the skin so that any infection can make its way out and allow you to pull or scrape out any plugs. Making the soaking solution 'hyper osmolar' (which means more concentrated than his tissues also helps pull fluid out and reduce swelling which will make him more comfortable at least temporarily.
The drawing salve does something similar which is soften the skin so infected material bursts through on its own - again you will end up needing to physically pull/scrape the solid stuff out.
I have marked in green where I think you might try the drawing salve.

It is biting cold outside with a wind that came straight from Siberia.
I gave them fresh water in an open bowl in the run because I have to refill the heated waterer which is a bit of a palaver. Much to my dismay both Maggie and Diana dunked their heads right under the water multiple times. They were loving it and spraying water everywhere. It gave me frostbite just watching. I hope they will be OK. It is bright and sunny so I hope they will dry off before any harm is done. Are they crazy?
The verdict on craziness comes from the young road-runners who have no intention of going outside in this weather and have taken up position on some day-perches inside the Palace where they can look out of the windows.
They are quite clear that the big Princesses have lost their marbles.

Oh my, look at them 🥰 they have just starting roosting off the window sill where I’m reading 💜

I don't know AC.:hmm It leaks a bit then closes up. Leaks a bit more then closes up. He's walking well with the pad but I need to improve the pad. I've tried something different today. I'm off shopping for something else tomorrow if the bike wil run.
What type of fluid is leaking? Color, consistency, smell etc. May help figure out what is going on.

Alarm!

While I was filming the girls snacking the other day, Hattie sounding warning and Aurora picked it up. This video is 3 minutes long. They stood stock still for almost the entire 3 minutes. Hattie had 1 foot only 1/2 way on the ground and she never finished her step. You will see Hattie and Aurora on my right with Sansa frozen behind the pool heater. Sydney was to my left.

The initial alarm sound (a short squeak repeated once), which is not loud, came from Hattie and then Aurora takes charge, makes the loud warning and maintains what I call the "rumble".

I've been suspecting for some time that Aurora has been picking up more Sentinel duty from Hattie. This may be an example of them working together while on duty.

The sound Aurora made is what I call the hawk trill, my girls make it whenever there is an aerial predator, even if it’s very high up 🤷🏻‍♀️ I will mimick it to them if I see one amd they haven’t noticed but they are pretty good at sighting them on their own.

I never heard an alarm call sound like the egg song.. until I saw TRUMP doing it one day... I wasn’t sure what he was doing but figured it was some sort of call.. this is it.. of course as soon as he sees me he stops! Someone else was calling at first too... but after you can see him checking the sky... I also thought that Claudine and Clementine might have been hiding as well.. but they also may have just been cooling off
This is Bokky’s ‘I see a cat on the fence’ call. Very much like her ‘egg song’ funnily enough. Either way it gets my or the dogs attention and we come out. Scrambles is very good at running off cats when they are on top of the fence!
