We just had the consult with GI.

He goes for an upper endoscopy and a colonoscopy tomorrow afternoon. They are looking for any signs of bowel death from the inside due to the aneurysm.

If they find bowel death then it's off to surgery to open the vessel. If they don't find bowel death then they have to figure out what's next.

Oh goodness. How scary. Poor Rich. Poor you! I’m so glad to hear he is getting good care.

Tranquility

Nighties. I’m exhausted from an emotionally draining day. Ruby was perkier after work. She has stayed up by Millie all day, but moved about the yard a bit and drank some water when I took her out.

Finally, all the Chooks are in for the night.
I do so much love to be able to count 1 thru 10 again. Plus the littles in the chickens room. Emily didn’t want to perch next to Jaffar tonight. I think she’s just too fat for that thin perch. Tomorrow, I will build a more suitable one for them both. Now I can fix a burger and relax for the evening.

It was an excellent burger. Two all beef patties, sliced bacon, avocado, Swiss cheese and cottage cheese with pineapple on the side. Yum!
