My eggplant bloomed!! I've never tried to grow eggplant before, so I'm excited to see what comes of it.

Really cold here - down to the 40s tonight and just made 60 during a rainy day. Chickens were out for a while and took foot baths in the big puddles - I have never seen their feet so clean!

LOL. The dish. The dish, ratatouille. I started making it last summer when I had a ton of squash. But the squash was way ahead of my tomatoes and I had to use supermarket tomatoes. It’s actually super delicious!

My son brought me half an avocado still in its skin along with a spoon, since he was having leftover poké from last night and used the other half of avocado. Yum!
