I'm so excited that Phyllis seems to know what to do. This would have been so joyful if they had just gotten here on time.

It is still joyful. Let’s see lots of video of Sylvie now she has had a drink.

Up and About
Sylvie is not as robust as I would like but her and Phyllis were up and about. I went to put fresh fish in and Phyllis let me feed her. Sylvie ate some fish and then seemed tired so Phyllis moved the nest to her. Sylvie is all tucked in right now under Mum but she did lay next to Phyllis for a while. It is 86°F ( 30°C) in the coop right now.

This is sweet. I was able to obtain a passenger on my return trip home. Prepaid me $100 because she never flew in a small plane before. I will be dropping her off in Bakersfield, refuel and head back home (I miss my chickens) but I had a lobster baked potato, for an early dinner.
