That's very pretty but I can't help feeling sorry for the ants.

It seems cruel, but FireAnts are a seriously invasive species. Where I live there is no getting rid of them. And I am allergic to their sting. Even one ant bite sends me to the urgent care for steroid shots. It’s a mess.

That's very pretty but I can't help feeling sorry for the ants.

I usually feel bad for any creature that has to be culled but when it comes to parasites or aggressive invasive species I harden my heart. Especially if they have to dealt with anyway.
At least this is quick and educational.

I saw this at the end of ACM’s ‘Where is Edwina?’ video. I haven’t watched it all the way through yet, but I remember we’ve had discussions about chicken vocalisations.

Good grief. No wonder so many people have completely the wrong idea about chickens. Someone needs to take this person to one side and teach her to watch rather than make pretty videos.

It was unlike anything I've seen in a long time. The pool was down about 5 inches from the top. It was full in 20 minutes. Torrential rain.
