Yes, it’s very persistent here. Though I didn’t plant it; it was here when I arrived. The deer love it, too.I am hoping I can grow it from seed. Does it spread nice and fast (I mean when the chickens aren't destroying it)?

Yep. Only Flo. Almost everyone else is in some stage of molt. Lucky started vocalizing and squatted yesterday, so she may start back up. She’s 4 1/2, and if she starts back up, I may only see a couple eggs a week from her,Only one?![]()
There are native oxalis in most natural wooded areas I think. It is considered a survival / wild forage food. There are also lots of naturalized and non native varieties. I have a different one that I happen to have in pots only because we dug up the plants when we moved, it makes more of a mound and has pink flowers.Yes, it’s very persistent here. Charlie will occasionally make excited noises when she finds something, it's cute!Yep! The finding of a soursob bulb is an event of mighty proportions!
Yes, they're not cats. They are not plotting anything. You are their life now! They are obsessed with you.![]()
Her comb is a bit closer to Hattie's right now. Maggie and Diana are both molting and have full red combs. I am not 100% sure Dotty is molting yet.MJ commented on our minds being similar just the other day. I hope you take that as a compliment. I know I do.
As far as her comb goes, this is Hattie from a day or so ago. It's pretty pale. How does hers compare?

And this is a non molting Aurora from the same day for comparison.

Separated at birth I tells ya!Funny. I did exactly that!
Vet will indeed do a sample but won't prescribe unless he examines her.
That's adorable! When Dotty needs a nap it has to be NOW! She was running from A to B on some urgent chicken business (don’t ask!) and the sun came out and wham she is out like a light!
