Aww!! I love baby chicks! Yes! your little peepers were very cute back then! I named my BO daisy because her favorite spot in my yard was the flower garden! Rolling around and playing in my daisies! ( and eating them too!)

Those feathers look exactly like Aurora's did right before she dropped them. I consider that normal to a certain extent. I believe those wing feathers for Sansa are the NEW ones. That is part of why I am super concerned.
I am planning to take Lilly with her for companionship and to see if I can get something for her arthritis. Lilly no longer even tries to tilt to poo. It just runs down her feathers.
I hope that the Vet is able to help both. Poor Queen Lily! And Sansa, that makes me think of emaciated models...doesn't seem healthy especially for a 'robust' breed like the Wynadottes. I'm glad you now have a vet (I still don't), and my best wished for both girls. Hope Lily enjoys the ride.Sansa Update

The worst, she is 3.1 lbs. Everyone learn from me. I have never weighed her before so I have no idea how far down she is. Assuming she has a fighting weight the same as Lilly (similar in appearance) she should be 5 lbs.
At this point I think she is going to the vet. I'm going to get her an appointment tomorrow. I have no idea how long it will take to get her in but this is not right and I have never seen nor heard of anything like it.

Probably just her molt. Maleficent did a full molt her first fall.Little Xzit has lost tail feathers and weight? None of the other newer Rocks are. She may be sick? I don’t know why.
