Something I Never Thought I would See!

Betty flew into the coop door today at roosting time. I have video from both inside and outside the coop. You need to watch closely because it happens very fast. Here is where to watch for the impact with each video.

Quite possibly the craziest chicken related thing I have ever seen.
Your girls are soooooo funny that really made me laugh. :D

My big worry before is she was roosting all on her own. Now she is with Minnie I am less sure what the best thing to do is.
- Bring her in
- Bring them both in
- Leave them be where they have chosen to roost
:idunno
If it helps..........If I did anything I move them to the other roost.

Tina has been limping I don't know if she's pricked her foot on a bramble I've looked but can't see anything or if it's her joint I was thinking she may have landed badly coming off the perch.

If she's permanently lame I'm moving her in my home, she can go out every day but there's no way I'm giving up on my cutest girl

Well, the poor girl can't see either! :lau
Maybe but she was demonstrating good vision otherwise today.

She was jumping all over the run. Ground to the porch to the chair to Mal's roost to the ground to the porch to Mal's roost to the ground........

Lilly has done this twice, I believe getting off of the roost. It clears up in a few days.
