My two 20 week roosterlets were going at it, blood and all.

Then old Penelope got in on the action!!!! WTH! She is too old for that crap, but she had them down on the ground, she is double their weight.

I grabbed her and put her in the hen house and broke the two little monsters fight up.

Now I have to keep them seperate for the next 12 days till I get everyone processed..... 😞
My Patsy used to beat our roster Jabberwocky up all the time. He was at least her equal in size but Patsy took crap from no one.

Safety and Security

I happened again today with Hattie. Everyone was enjoying a snack on the deck. Except Hattie.

This time she would not join everyone despite me taking up the sentinel position until I got down on my knees, looked her in the eyes, and told her it was OK. After I did that, she joined in. I'm not certain how she understands me but it worked.

That's awesome 😊

Poor Penelope was panting when I grabbed her, she is soon 6 yrs old so I don't want her stressed...
