He is doing this to my new hires as he trains them. It is de-motivating for them. I had one ask if he was fired he did so poorly. It's just not helpful.
Holy crap what a sh!t! Omg what a ding-bat!

Have you had a talking to this person? That is highly unprofessional, and unethical.

You must be freaking out and hopping mad - I know I would be!

Chicken tax:
Curly before Blanche did her photo bomb bit 😆

I will look again at her beak. I see what you mean in the photo. Looks like a bit is flaking off but I think that is a bit of frazz on it. Look at Butters in the other picture. Is that not OK to have? I think all of the others are like that, there's a good hook on the end that goes over the bottom one. But none are crossed. 🤷‍♀️
I dunno. I wouldn’t be overly concerned at this point, personally.

If you’re unsure, you could ask Shadrach, who seems pretty knowledgeable on the matter.

Just teasing!
I think she may look something like this when she is grown, But they can be darker, and sometimes their chest becomes buff (think a washed-out version of Dotty's red chest).
They are not very common and they are variously called Opal Legbars, Isabel Legbars, or violet Legbars.
Not all Legbars are 'Crested Cream Legbars' like the Roadrunners (there are gold, cream and something else), so I think the color depends on which kind of Legbar has the lavendar gene. So the different names may be based on which underlying type of Legbar it is, but we have now gone way, way, past my understanding of the genetics.
I figure she might fit in with the Roadrunner gang, or with her brooder mates.
I assume she will be small and fast and wlll fly like the other Legbars

I am not at all familiar with legbars so they are still a bit of a mystery to me. I did not see evidence of one, but will she be crested? With legbar chicks are their crests not evident at hatch? Either way she is going to be a very pretty chicken when she is a adult. Now to wait impatiently for the reveal of 3Cs breed. While your still debating on a name I'll throw out a suggestion, CeeCee or CC.

Not all Legbars are crested, I looked back at the Roadrunners and to my eye their crests started to emerge rather subtly at about 3 weeks. So have to wait a little while. I am sure I will love her whatever she looks like.
Working on a name for 3C. CeeCee is on my list. She seems quite a warrior chicken - when the others run she advances. She pecks first and asks questions later!
