It's not flexis or princesses I recognise those, so unless Tina has laid two different sized eggs it's possibly Agathas

My lone survivor Cinnamon Queen isn't feeling well. She had a pasty but that was clogged up. Cleaned her up but she is kinda moving sluggish. Didn't feel a stuck egg so I'm wondering if the record heat is being hard on her.

I added some electrolytes to her water and added some vitamins to her wet food. Hopefully she'll be more active tomorrow. Thankfully cooler weather (85) is coming in Sunday.

Looks like she's protecting Minnie. Telling them to move and being persistent when they aren't.

There may be something in that. She wasn’t happy that Minnie was not with her on the roost and went to visit several times before the babies got up there.

Awww. Thanks for asking. It has been a crazy day.
No news really. Minnie was a bit perkier this morning and at the vet looked the picture of health apart from the lime green diarrhea she deposited on the vet’s table.
Back home she was also a bit better but then got tired and is now back in the hospital ward looking like death partially warmed up.
I do know she got some fluids as she is drinking Gatorade on her own and that has sugar too.
The vet took lots of poo samples and is sending them off and also consulting other vets. So it is wait and see.
Poor little Minnie she just looks completely done in right now.

I feel a little guilty today. There are things that I could be doing, but actually don’t want to do today. I’m just relaxing, with my rooster by my side (watching YouTube)

Me too! I love them both but Minnie doesn’t peck me at every opportunity so of course I have a particularly soft spot for her.
I am trying to tempt Minnie to eat a mash of chicken pellets (powder really) and kefir for probiotics. She really seems only interested in Gatorade.
And night time fun with the little Hooligans is just starting up.
