I know I will have to pay tax for this but your Bullet reminds me of a cat I had years ago when I lived a city life. It was in the days of fax machines.
I lived in a quirky house that was one room on each floor and had 5 floors. Kitchen in the basement, then guest room, then living room, then bedroom, then home office/study with a fax machine.
I worked in a job where I often had to have faxes come to the house.
The cat loved to sit on the fax machine and shred the paper as it came in. The only way to stop it was to get to the fax machine before it started spewing out paper and hold the cat away from the machine.
If we were in the basement - cooking, or even preparing the cat's dinner - the cat could somehow hear something that told her a fax was about to come in and would tear up the stairs to be at the fax machine waiting.
Even young and fit I was no match in racing a cat up to the top floor!
The solve was to always add two blank pages at the front of the fax. This gave the cat something to shred and was just enough to buy me the time I needed to get there.
People started putting cute messages to the cat in front of all my business faxes!

Random cat anecdote tax: Bernadette likes to stand on my shoe.

How many weeks old is Bernadette now?

Update for Rose

I didn’t want to go out the the barn phsicallly and disturb them so just used the cameras.

I checked the barn cam at 3;30 she is quiet but still panting and sounds like coughing now. I wonder if something is caught in her trachea ??? At any rate or will be the Vet for her this morning

Ok I am back to sleep…

I just checked them it’s 05:13 now, Rose seems quiet I did notice once where seemed the gasp at breathing. I will go out at the usual time of 6am I don’t want to disturb everyone unnecessarily.

@BY Bob

I took a pic of curly sleeping with her head hanging down! I watched a couple minutes till she popped half awake and bobbed back up.

So Gucci is not the only one doing that!

It did sound on your video like she had something stuck in her throat. Would she let you have a look when you wake them up ? It doesn't sound like panting from the heat.

My hen Vanille is eggbound, it has happened a hundred times before, she's really laboring this time and I have a kind of bad feeling. It happened a few times to her that pieces of soft shell eggs didn't come out, she always pulled through up to now.

Chickens = worries 💚.

Yes I will be checking - I didn’t want to fight with her last night due to the high heat and humidity.

She was fine when I let them out and dig in the dirt. Then at the 8pm feeding of the horses she was doing this.

Re- Vanilla: oh no that’s scary, can you feel for the egg and extract it? Poor girl 😥 I will look for an update later.

Time to do chores here.

Gotta luv cats - mine has been house bound past few days with the heat so she has taken to entertaining herself with ambushing me . Owww ! Darn cat scratches on legs .

Just checked her, it’s cooled here but the air is still soupy and sticky. Rose is still having laboured breathing and freaking me out.

I will check on her again around 3:30
That does not sound good. I hope she is doing better on your next check in.
