Your mugs are among the best! I just love them. ❤️

All the acronyms people use assuming everyone knows make me a little crazy. I get typing out fully gets old, but ugh.

Car repair prayers please! Took today off to fix 🤞 it. Have to pull the fuel pump and change out a cap/seal.

The Poop Report
She pooped three times. It is largely green. Where can green come from if all she eats is yellow corn?!
Her crop was once again not empty first thing but definitely smaller than when she went to bed. Packed with corn kernels of course.
I had already reduced tube feeding to once a day because of her crop. I think now I will step it down again - maybe every 36 hours. I was so encouraged by seeing her drink something but I haven't seen that since.
She is out for the day in her little dog-cage cabana - the other Hooligans visit every few minutes. I hope that is cheering for her.

I have this is some of my Roosters and heavier hens, especially when it is hot out. Mr Maran and Dean both have combs that turn blue under even slight stress, and I’ve also seen it in my meat girls, and a few of my older heavier laying hens. It comes and goes, and I usually take it a a sign that something is stressing their system, usually heat, casing down an idiot cockerel, or a reluctant hen etc.
Could part of comb turning blue is a way for them to regulate their body temperature? I've felt their combs. Sometimes their combs are warm/hot and sometimes they are cold.

I'd say it's the circulation/heart needs a little booster. Cayenne pepper worked for my girls in their food as does ginger powder. The latter is a good source of vitamin A
