Thrush is caused by a yeast just like sour crop.

Candida albicans causes thrush in people and sour crop in chickens.
Candida albicans is a yeast.
A yeast is a type of fungus.

It should do. Her cream is an effective antifungal which treats Candida albicans (whether you choose to call it a yeast or a fungus).
I am not saying thrush causes sour crop. I am saying that both thrush and sour crop are caused by the same organism which is called Candida albicans.

And my comment about ‘azole’ drugs is that is the ending given to many of the various forms of drug that are anti-fungal e.g., Miconazole and Clotrimazole.
Both different but do roughly the same thing.
