Thank you and thanks everyone for the well wishes. Here's an update on Maya. She looked much better when I left for work. We let her sleep in the dining room. She raised her head and smiled and wagged her tail when I spoke to her. The swelling has gone down a lot. They both were eating good last night. Lobo was back to his rambunctious ways last night so we put him back with his buddies. We'll continue with the antibiotics for a few days but a full recovery is very likely.
So glad to hear they are doing well!

My chicks are quiet I think they are conspiring to escape. I am thinking of putting the dogs up and bring them out to the couch for some one on one time for about 15 minutes each. I am also thinking I'm going to put together a bigger brooder this week/weekend. I got my new drill and my daughter ordered my other new power tool for my birthday. So between me and hubby and all the nice wood I have plenty of room in my office since I took out the desk and computer. It's all about my feather babies and furbabies.

Using power tools is always fun however if your looking for a no build and relatively cheap (29.95) option, I have to say the tent is working out amazingly well. Its 7ftx7ft and they can practice flying with no worries about them getting out. I would 100% use it as a brooder again.

Can you post a picture of your tent?
I used a mini-tent when the hooligans first arrived but it was much smaller than that.
I am intrigued by your tent option.
