Ok so I know that @micstrachan mentioned she was dealing with strange moulting patterns this year, and I seem to have the same thing going on.

Most of my gals did a moult in late summer, and now moulting again! But worse now, Sophia is just dropping feathers everywhere!

Is anyone else having strange moults?

The molting is lasting forever this year.

Well she is clenching her toes so hopefully that’s a good sign

No, they are perpetually that way...but if I gently work them, I can open them up, but she cant...they are just 'limp' in that position...

Early. They all started early this year except Aurora. I noticed today that she may have finally started molting. I think I see the loss of some bum feathers. Aurora is on her usual schedule. Everyone else was early this year.
