Quick question- is Bolt an Easter egger or and Ameracuna? She has green legs and lays olive green eggs. She has Muffs and a beard... I do believe she is a mixed breed- maybe a mix of both?
Ameraucana is a breed from the US derived from the Chilian Araucana they lay true blue eggs. Spelling is important here as they are often misspelled (on purpose) at farm stores as they are are actually crossbreeds called Easter Eggers.

I have both Easter Eggers and one actual Ameraucana here she is, she is the dark gray bird. They have gun metal grey legs with beards not green legs like many Easter Eggers do.

Both are awesome!

Easter Eggers are often crossed with Ameraucanas though not always and can lay various levels of blue or green or brown eggs depending on the cross. ;)

I think I have that all right someone here with more experience can correct me if I have gone amiss.

Easter Eggers are actually Americaucanas or Auraucana mixed with other breeds. Easter Eggers are often called Americanas on websites. Be sure to check spelling. One of my easter eggers is laying a true blue egg. There are a few others that will be laying soon.
