I didn’t think this through.
I continue to be worried about Diana so I wanted to give her the chance to enjoy the sun. She is making good use of that opportunity which makes me happy even though she is clearly not fully well.
What I didn’t think through was the dynamic of the other Princesses chasing each other around a much bigger area.
It is chaos.
So far nobody has spotted the opportunity of going up into the big tree, but I feel sure that will come next.
The sunshine does give me a chance of capturing the beautiful feathers both Babs and Eli are wearing.

Victory of sorts.
First Eli and then Bernadette ate treats (Rice Krispies) from my hand.
Bernadette however has not understood that she doesn’t need to eat my fingers too.
Quite painful.
Some pecking order squabbles going on between Eli and Babs. Bernadette is trying to keep order but her heart isn’t in it because of the Rice Krispies and fingers available as snacks.

I'm glad Diana is getting her walk-about. A bit of fresh air and sunshine probably feels good to her

And, rice krispy treats with a bit of meat added to them are the BESTSweet and savory!!!!!

I bought some more meally worms for the chooks. Now we are friends again!

It is sunny and 40 and all the snow has melted. Butter is outside happily dustbathing and dropping more feathers as we speak. I am monitoring her and will bring her back in as soon as the temperature starts falling or she appears cold. I really did not want her going out, but even covered she kept getting out of her tub.

Oreo is spicy today! He rammed into the back of my leg two times when I went into the run to check the buckets of shell, grit, and feed I have out there. He backed down immediately when I turned around. Teenagers!
