Note that she camouflaged herself on her back with pine shavings throughout the process.

hahahaha - Penelope crawled into a bag of shavings and did that several times The first time I almost dumped her out onto the stall floor! But the bag felt heavier than it should so I stopped and looked in -there she was happy as can be

Having watched Diana closely today I do believe that she is declining. However she had a lovely day today. She did all her favorite things:
- She had a nap in the sun
- She drank the wild water
- She found worms when I moved a log
- She engaged deeply in a big heap of damp leaves
So all in all she had a nice day. I just wish she was a bit more sprightly.

Happy update. The hen is out of the splint. The wing hangs a bit lower than the other, but that was expected.
