Hugging and kissing is mandatory at my place. All the birds know the rules and do reciprocate! :old
I have another rule that I wish they would follow. Standing firmly on the ground with both feet! They like to stand on one foot, and it bugs me.
And ever notice they can do that with their eyes closed!!! hahaha!

No pics today, had to do chores. While it was a nice sunny day I applied herbicide to my pond and finished the rebuild of the picnic table. Still need to flip the table on it's end and paint underneath but my back and shoulder forced me to tap out for now.
That was a full day - be careful! The table can wait another day.

Just got home thermometer reads -2F. One on the car was reading -6F.View attachment 3414050Those are NOT clouds hiding the mountains. That's the wind picking up the snowy powder from the last couple of days and redistributing it...again. I'll take your BAD weather and call it good.

All your chooks are looking very contented (even if it was last week :) ).

Yes, That does look like frostbite. LEAVE IT ALONE. At this stage, it's painful and messing with it makes it hurt more and can lead to infection. Doesn't look bad. More like he'll keep the points.

He is still real Eye Candy (though I do miss his glorious wattles), he is a real looker.

Movie night 🎥 yep, “Cry Macho” again! :D
One day I am going to watch that movie so I can discuss it with Jaffar :)

I always remind them that it’s two feet on the ground at all times! (They rarely listen)
I thinks it's pretty hard to walk and keep both feet on the ground - they aren't sparrows that hop around!!! (although I have seen them stand on one foot also at times!).

I’m sure that Jaffar could tell you every scene in the movie. (If he could speak English)
