Leg is doing ok for the most part. I can get by most of the time without taking the pain medication.

I did get a little bit of chicken time on Wednesday. And we put out a few of the toys I got for them. Yesterday we hung a cabbage. It is gone now.

If they don't take to the xylophone right away, mix a bit of scratch feed with a bit of peanut butter and smear on the keys - that gets them interested right quick!

I am back home and it is Friday! There are eggs in the nest box and Babs has a very fluffy butt.

I have a xylophone I should try that with. They dont play with it.

Yes, a good Roo is needed to make her flock complete. Not necessarily for baby making. He will sing her the song of his people in the morning. Escort the ladies and you can bet he will spot a hawk or a fox quicker then she can and let the girls know.
