Oh dear - have you checked for any cuts or sores on her foot. Also is the leg aligned (fracture maybe if not aligned). Can she put in a small crate for a few days?

I would post on the emergency side and see if anyone has any suggestions .

SHRA tax
I am sure others have suggested this so here is my Should Have Read Ahead tax

Also some BFTP (blast from the past) photos

No sores or cuts, but I always have had a feeling that something bad would happen when she flys onto the table and jumps off face first into the ground. I also got a roo recently and I think her attempting parkour isn't helping. He is a nice roo but she doesn't seem to like him (he's a gentle California quail named Captain Chirp)

My little champion came through really well. It was only a 45 minute operation, and there was only skin covering his tear duct, so no where nearly as bad as we thought. He has a nose drain in at the moment and his smitten daddy is about to take him to his home to recover. Along with the twenty pie cartoon I added here earlier.

I am so relieved. I hope to see him next month to spoil him rotten ❤️

Thanks for you support 🙏 I truly appreciated it
Your support! Edit has failed me so has my spelling. Oh well, it's all Bob's fault ;) :D

I just remembered the tax thing....

This is Bluebell he (was) my best friend, but he did go "feral" and hates me and would probably set the world aflame in seconds if he could. lol

These are the first three diamond doves I ever naturally bred on my aviary! One sadly ended up dieing to a head injury but I ended up selling the other two and they are now both loved in a happy family. 😁
