I tried looking for areas if concern in the coop and I couldn't find anything. All I found was a huge spider and ran out if the coop screaming bloody murder... 😳
Under the coop? what about from a tree above? Is it up against another building? The seam between? What about from inside the other building?

Ok, kid. Take a long, deep, slow breath in. Exhale just as slowly, keeping it steady both ways. Keep breathing like that until it's easy. None of them were hurt. Now, when you've calmed down, start working on figuring out how it got in. Once you know that, blocking that path can be done. You may find other spots needing to be fixed in the process.

Having a Opossum get in as you arrived home was a good thing. You can fix it before the raccoons figure out how to duplicate the technique. NO ONE WAS HURT. Keep breathing.
Oh, and racoons WOULD kill them. I've had it happen to a bunch of guineas before.
I hope that every stupid racoon dies

Ha, I know! I can deal with snakes, but I have no idea what's with me and spiders. I've not seen anything from just doing a quick sweep around the coop. We had just gotten home and my brain was terrified... couldn't think clearly. All I saw in my brain was how if I didn't get home just then my chooks would all be dead...
More breathing!
Calm down and then go out and look systematically for how it got in. This is what you need to prioritize for the chickens you care so much about.
You can do this!

The spider?

If you mean where the opossum could get in- our chicken wire is connected to wood buried under ground. No way for it to get in under.
We have a tree from above. I'll need to check and see if it could get in from the top wire.
Not really against a building. We have a guinea pen, with chicken wire.
connecting it to the chicken coop, and we have another guinea pen on the other end connected with wire.

I'm sorry, I don't know what you mean by the seam between ❤
And we don't really have another building.

Unless she shows great improvement by Monday she's going to the vet. In the link you posted I did more reading and anemia was mentioned so I gave her some honey water with vitamin B12. Also gave some more water and electrolytes which we do on a regular basis throughout the day.
Do you ever add spices at all?

Thinking back to someone I once met, he had a parrot that just loved a chilli.

Tina was really run down a few weeks ago and by chance having dreadful ants crawling into my front doorstep, a wise person suggested too put cinnamon around where they were entering. So I decided too put chilli down with it as well and noticed it had disappeared pretty quickly, so I added more only to find princess and Tina eating it up.

I periodically added a little spice too their feed but not all the time. I never thought for one moment they would like it to that extent but obviously I was wrong. They love the stuff and Tina is as fit as a fiddle now.

We did try looking. Couldn't find anything. It MAY have gone through a guinea pen, but I couldn't tell. We got it with a tropical storm and got about 8" of rain. Couldn't stay out long. The mosquitos and humidity/heat was too much. I just need to sleep on it, and hope that Pastel protects them in the little pen.

Sadly I am very familiar with ticks!
The picture is very blurry but TBH it doesn’t look like a tick. Can you get a better picture? Do you see it’s legs waving around?

The trick to removing ticks is to try and pull them out whole and not yank their heads off so their jaws stay in the skin and create a risk of infection.

Tweezers should work and a steady firm pull. No jerking around.
I've been mixing neem oil lavender and rosemary and spreading this on my cat and dog once a week. That tick wasn't hard coming out, I wonder if these oils had something to do with that. 🤔
