I made the mistake of giving her a double amount twice at the beginning. I then worked out a better dose for her, I split the 500mg into four doses. But because she's had several lash eggs this year I took it 9n myself too use the 2 extra dosage ro be completely finished. So she's then been taking them for 6 days instead of the five.

For the five days that would have ended yesterday but she had one this morning and will finish this tonight.

I was told penicillin or antibiotics should be between 5 to seven days so I'm hoping six days will be better.

Tomorrow afternoon she'll have yogurt to get the good bacteria into her. I've ordered chick probiotic that @BY Bob uses but really I should have ordered an equivalent in UK. silly me, now that's not coming until September. I didn't know it was coming all the way from Texas

That’s good then in that case.

I sure hope she continues to look as good as she does. She looks really great, both of them do.

my eye was looked at, 3 scratches on the eye one which runs across the cornea and why it’s blurry.

Dr gave me antibiotic eye drops for 10 days and I need to see him in a week to ensure it’s healing well.

So here I sit at Walmart getting my prescription.

I'm at the actual office, office today instead of my home office. I hate it. I had to put on makeup and pants that zip! Worse, I can't go check on the chickens. Have to trust the husband to do it. Not that he wont...but it's not me.

Ready for 5 and even more ready for retirement!

Oh yuck makeup! And heels - my feet are yelling nooo! Hahaha

Hahaha I am sure your hubby is up to it, I bet he babies them just as much as you do - in his own way.

Yesterdays 1st day of school picture with the offending hair cut. She has wore it the same for 8ish months now. I do not care what she does as long as she does not shave it or have wild colors put in it. It is her hair and I want her to have what makes her feel good about herself. Of course when crap happens like this morning she does not believe me when I tell her it looks good. I'm her mother and I am supposed to say things like that.

Tell her I have had that cut and style many times it’s a timeless classic and it suits her.

But I do have to disagree on the hair colour / shaving - if she is going to do anything wild that is the best as the hair grows back in and doesn’t cost as much as body piercings or tattoos

Hard to remove tattoos and piercings. I say go wild with the hair I am partial to fire engine red

My preference for hair color would be:
Tonka yellow, School bus yellow, or John Deere tractor green

The weather has brought the Stick Tight Fleas back to my chooks! Now I must go in the coop at night and administer the flea treatment to each infected bird. Poor Flash has several on her comb. Where there’s one, there’s many more!
