Yes greenwashing is a big issue in many industries.
But you are joking about the forest and the cows right? I mean joking that you have never heard that one before?

Climate tax: Pooh

I have not heard that one before. No joke.
They could cut Amazon down instead. Much better considering they built a big old structure over here. Plenty of room for cows instead of a forest.

As I said, more your planet problem than mine. I have avoided peat moss for about 20 years when the data first started to be available. I find it weirdly shocking that it is still widely available in garden stores.
Cutting down a forest to raise cows?! Never heard that one before.
Oh, also. On the topic of "green" things: Next time you buy a phone, keep in mind that you should look at the fine text on the so-called "eco friendly" phones. Samsung uses a very small amount in their phones so they can say they are green. Just something to keep in mind.
There's a reason I buy used phones.

That's what I feel like. You forgot to add the rare birds being hit by those things.
And the electric car with its battery whose manufacturing process releases the amount of carbon it would take a gas car 5 years to emit in just however long it takes to make the battery.
Hey, let’s go hang Elon Musk! 🤔, no, just tie him up and throw mathematic equations at him!

Why not? I don't want to be forced to use Twitter X as a way to pay, talk, and browse the web (aka a super app). Not to mention spend some of his money on our chickens.
In China they use a super app for everything there. @lightm has experienced that.

I think you maybe need to spend a tad more time away from your tech stuff to be sure you know what is going on around you.

I don’t love the source as they have clear opinions, but just like with the peat moss, the facts are not really in dispute and this was the first one I found.
So yes, destroying the rainforest so we can all eat burgers.

More tax. Sylvie in her personal rainforest.

Spend time away from tech?! How am I supposed to do that? I don't read the news or anything.

I hope the meat we eat isn't from there. It claims to be organic.

Tell Sylvie hi for me.
Mine eat their forest (they jump up and eat all the leaves off of the trees...)
