Never seen something like that. Generally heat is tough to deliver via battery - so most heating devices are plug-in.

It’s a heating element that is submersible in the horses water tank. Once it gets cold enough below freezing all day and night I start using this.

I know you can get rechargeable heating pads, it would be easy to use one of those and put the waterer in a small box with a towel to keep it warm. Drape the heating pad over top of the waterer and use a towel to insulate the water.Hmmmmmaybe someone should invent one that is rechargeable?
