Crater Raker
Look who all I found haunting the coop. Dare I dream that Whiskey was checking out the nest boxes?

BR are awesome. She’s a lovely hen, you know I have a soft spot for a nice barred rock
And Lenny is a darlinghave fun!
Here’s tax- the twin sisters BBQ and BoltBR are awesome.
Lenny is awesome. I did have fun for the first part of my lesson, until I needed my stirrups tightened.
So basically he was being a snot and running me into the fence and he was running into corners and knocking stuff over.
When I stopped to get my stirrups tightened, I told my instructor that he was testing me today.
This is what she said,” Oh, yeah, Carson (his 9 year old owner who can’t ride a horse… she screams whenever Lenny starts cantering, but he has a really nice and smooth canter) came out yesterday and saw him for the first time in a few months. She rode him for longer than she should have.” (and since she can’t ride a horse she let him get away with bad behavior.)
All the stuff in ( ) is what I think- excuse me, what I know.
Basically that told me that he was leaving soon, so I started crying. I don’t cry a lot, and I can’t stand crying around people. I asked when he was leaving, and the answer I got was “In the beginning of December.” I couldn’t stop crying for the rest of my lesson, which was about 45 minutes.
I’m in shock, and I still can’t stop crying.
I got some pictures of him rolling today. I think y’all can tell that he’s supposed to be “white” View attachment 3688774View attachment 3688776
Yes, but I doubt that you won't get any headwinds. This place is like wind central! Every winter, somedays there are up to 80mph winds coming through the canyons and dust blows everywhere! The poor chooks have to be locked up in the coop to make sure that they don't blow away!Driving to your place is only 2hours and 50 minutes
Flying time is 1 hour if no headwind
And I have lots of balloons![]()
Ewwww! Muddy pony haha!BR are awesome.

Ha, he was very muddy.Ewwww! Muddy pony haha!
You need to ride many different horses. That is the only way to get experience.

GumboHa, he was very muddy.
I know, but it’s always hard. I’ve only been on him for a year, but he’s the best horse that I’ve ever ridden, and he’s taught me a ton.
I’ll be riding a mustang named Prince who is still green. Two years ago, no one could get within 20 feet of him without him spooking. I rode him last week, and he’s nice, but his canter is unsafe. I’ll have to get used to him, but I’m not sure I’ll ever like him as much as I love Lenny.
Lenny leaving tax- Gumbo figured out how to get more meally worms!
